The Daily Habit
Country: Malaysia
In the 21stcentury, mankind constantly invents new technologies to make life more convenient. We no longer have to stand in a factory line for 9 hours a day to can pineapples. Instead, we sit behind a computer typing out codes that control the robotic hand which can the pineapples.
As time passes by, we realize we can no longer fit into the shirt we used to wear 2 years ago. Belly protrudes like a 7 month pregnant woman, love handles overhanging and man-boobs forming.
Unfortunately, our diets nose dive into the world of fast food, tidbits and deep fried cuisines.
As of 2012, in Malaysia, over 2.6 million adults are obese while over 477,000 children below 18 are overweight.
Afraid not, WHQ readers. We have a solution for you peeps out there. Nope, you don’t have to stand in line canning pineapples for 9 hours a day.
We have a much better one.
The Daily Habit.

We provide this style of food that is packed with nutrients to keep your body working at its optimum. By adding more non-animal protein like quinoa, tofu and nuts to your diet and foods like oatmeal, fruits, vegetables, beans, brown rice, whole-wheat bread and pasta, muesli, seeds, and barley, you will keep your body from feeling sluggish and tired and these foods are also a good source of fiber.
